The Mariemont Mayor’s Court is held on the second floor of the Municipal and Safety Building, 6907 Wooster Pike Mariemont, Ohio 45227. If you have any questions regarding a citation you received please call the Mariemont Police Department at (513) 271-3246, press option 1. Fines assessed in Mayor’s Court may be paid to the Clerk of Court by cash or credit card the night of the court. Please note: a convenience fee of 3.5% is added for credit card transactions. |

The court is presided over by the Honorable Rick Gibson and cases are tried by Prosecutor Edward McTigue. Court is held the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. and both traffic and criminal cases are heard. See calendar for dates. You have the right to an attorney in any proceeding before this court; however, you are not required to have an attorney to appear.
The Mariemont Mayor’s Court hears most of the Village’s misdemeanor and traffic cases, including first offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension. |
